Office Administrator

This position requires a Team Player and Self Starter with excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills.

* The primary roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Assisting Project Management Staff in all phases and aspects of the project* Compiling and maintaining project documentation and records* Providing administrative support for the estimating and bidding process, safety compliance, and reporting* Communicating with affiliated parties (subcontractors, vendors, State agencies, etc.)* Providing support to Field Staff as required* Performing general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, typing, filing, printing, copying, scanning, answering phones, etc* Completing occasional onsite estimates if needed


* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities* Excellent organizational and leadership skills* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)* Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage* High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
